All payments made towards loan processing fees, documentation charges, verification fees, or any other administrative services are strictly non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully made, it is deemed final and cannot be reversed, regardless of the outcome of the loan application.

Any request for refund must be initiated within 12 calendar days from the date of payment. Beyond this period, Dhanjyoti Capital will not entertain any refund claims under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure smooth processing, internal audit tracking, and regulatory compliance.
